Nicholas Torres serves as the Technical Onboarding Team Lead for EthosCE at Cadmium. Nicholas' optimizes company performance by combining his technical expertise with his skills in agile methodology, strategic planning, and client relationship management. He holds a masters degree in Information Technology with concentrations in Cybersecurity, Healthcare Information Technology, and Business Analytics from Virginia Tech. He has also earned a Scrum Master and Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance. Nicholas aspires to make the world a place where people can be proud because they were their best selves. His hobbies include exploring the worlds of coffee making, digital accessibility, and data privacy.

Arianne Urena works on Cadmium's Elevate LMS team as a project manager, implementation leader, and usability consultant. Dedicated to applying knowledge of organizations' industry, community, and business priorities, Arianne provides plans that extend membership value, increase revenue, and achieve optimal UX. She strives to ensure the LMS evolves with you and provides dynamic and advanced e-learning solutions. K.C. Hopson MS CMP, President, CEO and Founder of EventRebels, now Cadmium Head of registration, has been doing business with meeting planners, associations and others in need of registration, trade show, mobile, virtual and conference software solutions for 20 years. Author of two published books, K.C. frequently writes about technology and meetings. He is has served on several meeting industry boards and international committees and was the 2019 President of PCMA Chesapeake chapter.

AsDirector of CME Strategic Partnerships, Natalie drives Mocingbird’s CMEstrategy and partnership program. Aimed at connecting users with relevant,high-quality content, Natalie works across the full lifecycle of CME partners,building strong business relationships with clients and working closelytogether to achieve long-term goals and objectives. As her first project atMocingbird, Natalie led and managed the project to source and implement a fullybuilt LMS; a key pillar in delivering a stellar UX and enabling stronger partnershipswith content creators.

Natalieis passionate about helping brands grow and transforming the way thatclinicians perceive and consume CME. She strives to ensure that our contentlibrary helps clinicians meet their complex and varied state requirements asefficiently as possible with fresh, cutting-edge material and an integratedexperience. 

Juell manages multiple aspects of the Mocingbird platform as the Senior Product Management Associate. Dedicated to providing an incredible user experience, Juell works across the functional business units to solve the myriad pain points of maintaining medical licenses.Among Juell’s roles is site administrator for the LMS; a key portion of the end user experience. She curates valuable content for Mocingbird’s clinicians and oversees a team that executes administrative tasks. Juell works as project manager on key integrations to deliver a seamless experience. Working alongside a UX designer, Juell balances design, feasibility, and timing to develop and deliver an incredible UX.

- Responsible for providing support to clients who have fully launched EthosCE(LMS) websites.

As a kid, I rode horses and went skiing with my parents and brother. Holidays were always magical at my grandparents' house in Seaford, and I had a blast with my friends in school.

I went to school at Salisbury University for Information Systems, worked in tech support during school and for 8/+ years after graduating. Now I'm excited to be a Product Specialist for Cadmium.

I’m a new mom to a 3 year old daughter named Adelaide (Addi for short) who loves animals, colors, and learning new things.

Cristyn Johnson is a learning and development leader in the continuing education field. With a passion for helping people learn and grow, she specializes in creating and executing learning strategies and programs based on individual and organizational needs. Cristyn is currently an Implementation and Virtual Conference Project Manager with Cadmium, an online education company, where she works with clients to create, develop, and launch quality educational experiences that engage and inspire learners.

Molly Mazuk is a director of professional development at the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Since starting at ASAM in 2013, she has worked on nearly every aspect of providing continuing medical education, from finding funding, managing conference apps, analyzing attendee outcomes, and planning new content. Her primary focus is on leading ASAM’s Annual Conference (in-person or virtual) and ASAM’s learning management system. Molly is known for her creativity and innovation and was named one of Association Forum’s 40 under Forty in 2021.

Molly is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland. When not at work, Molly can be found at a TexMex restaurant or reading a good book. 

Christi R. Nam, CMP, DES is the Director of Convention and Meetings at the Ecological Society of America. With over 20 years of experience within the meeting and event industry, Christi is a highly organized project manager who has a wide range of expertise with meeting and convention management (domestic and international), exhibits, special events, and protocol. 

Allison Walsh is Vice President of Marketing at Nicsa. She joined Nicsa with over ten years of experience in multiple marketing capacities. Allison is responsible for Nicsa's marketing strategy, digital vision, and brand management. Prior to joining Nicsa, Allison was a marketing manager in the EdTech space as well as a Marketing Analyst for an investment management firm. Allison is an MBA graduate of D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Eric was born and raised in southern Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland. In his last position as a Department of Defense contractor, Eric planned and managed logistics for specialized training courses and programming for the Navy. His prior experience includes planning live events and managing operations with the University of Maryland Athletics Department and the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs baseball team. Eric enjoys going to sporting events (Maryland Terrapins, Washington Capitals, and DC United especially), cooking (especially grilling), and being outside when the weather is nice.
